VooDEW is a series of Halloween-themed mystery flavors of Mountain Dew, released annually for the Halloween season.
Description[]
Each VooDEW Halloween-themed flavor has a cloudy white color and similar artwork showing the mascot VooDEWgrim. However, the various incarnations of VooDEW have slight flavor differences, different color schemes, and alterations in design.
Flavors[]
These are the current flavors thus far:
- VooDEW 1.0, a candy corn-flavored mystery variant.
- VooDEW 2.0, a fruit candy explosion-flavored mystery variant.
- VooDEW 3.0, a fruit chew candy-flavored mystery variant.
- VooDEW 4.0, a sour candy flavor mystery variant.
- VooDEW 5.0, a Cherry Airheads-flavored mystery variant.
- VooDEW 6.0, a current unrevealed mystery variant.

VooDEW 1.0[]

VooDEW 1.0 was the first flavor that started the annual Halloween series tradition. Its design being a dark-purple mysterious design, the 2019 mystery flavor was released in August and remained available until the end of October when PepsiCo unveiled its flavor to be Candy Corn.
VooDEW 2.0[]

A sequel to the previous year's flavor, VooDEW 2.0 sported a bright and colorful design. The 2020 mystery flavor was available from September to the end of October when PepsiCo unveiled VooDEW's 2020 Mystery Flavor to be Fruit Candy Explosion.
VooDEW 3.0[]

After a good year of high popularity, PepsiCo decided to keep VooDEW afloat with a third installment of the VooDEW line, VooDEW 3.0. It had more of a bright blue design. Like its predecessors, 2021 mystery flavor was available from August to the end of October when PepsiCo unveiled VooDEW's 2021 Mystery Flavor to be Fruit Candy Chews.
This 2021 release also marks the mascot of "VooDewGrim," endorsed by the official Mountain Dew Twitter account. After the mystery flavor unveiling, VooDewGrim decided to take a long hiatus until 2022.
VooDEW 4.0[]

After its third successful year, a fourth installment of the VooDEW line, VooDEW 4.0, was released featuring a predominately orange design. The 2022 mystery flavor was once again available from September to the end of October.
During its release, a zero sugar variant was released alongside the regular VooDEW 4.0. Its flavor was later unveiled to be Sour Candy Flavor.
