Mountain Dew Ice (Cherry) was a Mountain Dew flavor variant that was officially released in stores on September 24th, 2018. It was first leaked in July 2018 by the YouTube channel myCountyMarket. On June 20th, 2019, It was later brought back in certain regions where the drink was previously sold.

Description

Mountain Dew Ice Cherry was a cherry-lemon-lime flavored soda with a splash of real juice and was clear in color, similar to that of Mountain Dew Ice.

History

Mountain Dew Ice (Cherry) was first seen in a YouTube video that myCountyMarket posted on July 26th, 2018. The channel stated that the soda variant is going to be released approximately around later in 2018, or around the holiday season of 2018.

Similar to previous Mountain Dew releases, there had been early reports of Mountain Dew Ice (Cherry) before the set release date, such as various YouTubers, who found Mountain Dew Ice (Cherry) on September 22nd, 2018. The earliest report of Mountain Dew Ice (Cherry) which was released on the same day in some locations in the United States in different various sizes such as the dome bottle design, and more.

On October 3rd, 2018, a photograph of Merry Mash-Up, Citrus Cherry, and Ice (Cherry) was leaked with release dates, and display cases, revealing that Ice (Cherry)'s official release dates were September 24th, 2018.

At the end of 2018, Ice (Cherry) became discontinued.

On June 20th, 2019, Mountain Dew Ice (Cherry) was later brought back in certain regions where the drink was previously sold.
