History[]

On October 3rd 2022, it was announced at NACS that there was going to be a LiveWire inspired permanent addition to the Hard Mountain Dew line.

On February 19th, 2023, a store in Oklahoma by the name of Shady Lady Liquor posted an image showing two cans of Hard LiveWire. This confirmed that the flavor was starting to roll out. Over the next few weeks, it became available in various parts of the United States where Hard Mountain Dew is sold.

In July 2023, Hard LiveWire replaced Black Cherry in both 24 and 12 ounce cans.
