Flavor #528 was a Mountain Dew flavor given out in a 2012 Mountain Dew Facebook picture contest called "Dew Dorm-Off," in which people decorated their dorm rooms with "the spirit of Mtn Dew."

Flavor #528 was a Cream Soda flavor of Mountain Dew (although this has not been fully confirmed) and was yellow in color. The student from the Reddit post stated[1] that "It tasted kinda like a Tropical Dum-Dum lollipop."
However, he mistakenly described it and later corrected himself in a Mountain Dew Facebook fanpage post[2], stating: "That flavor was actually cream soda, but it has a kind-of tropical taste to it."

In 2012[3], PepsiCo launched a campaign program named: "Dew Dorm-Off," aimed at college students in colleges and universities to decorate their dorm rooms with "the spirit of Mtn Dew" in a Mountain Dew Facebook picture contest. The actual flavor profile was never confirmed[4] nor it was never released to stores or given a name.
In 2013, as part of that year's Iconic Summer promotion, the flavor was given out in an influencer kit.
