DEWmocracy Philippines was a promotion held in the Philippines in 2016 which allowed participants to vote for either LiveWire or Blue Shock to be their favorite flavor of Mountain Dew. The promotion also offered participants would also get the chance to win prizes.
History[]
On August 1, 2016, DEWmocracy Philippines began its run, pitting LiveWire against new flavor Blue Shock to become Singapore's next Mountain Dew variety. The promotion's main focus was to win prizes, with the grand prize being a new Mitsubishi Strada.
The campaign ended on October 31, 2016. No winner was officially announced and both flavors were discontinued following the promotion. The winner of the Mitsubishi Strada was announced on December 21, 2016.
