Cold Fusion Freeze was a Mountain Dew Freeze Flavor. After Dew Labs members chose the label art for it, it was later released to Sheetz and other convenience stores in the United States. Proof of its discontinuation can be found here. Note that they name Cold Fusion as "Mtn Dew Fusion Freeze."

Mountain Dew Cold Fusion Freeze was a Cherry-Lime flavored Mountain Dew Freeze, and was red-orange in color. Its taste was described as being very similar to that of Mountain Dew Energy (Cherry Lime Lift).

- The logo of Cold Fusion Freeze looks similar to the current Mountain Dew logo, which was not adopted until 2017, a year after this flavor was discontinued.
