• Spark was originally an exclusive flavor to Speedway for a limited time during 2020 and 2021. In 2022, it was released nationwide, making it no longer a Franchise Exclusive Flavor.
  • This note is similar to Baja Blast's exclusive status as a permanent flavor to U.S. Taco Bell while retaining a limited-time Summer release for many years. Since Baja Blast is now a permanent flavor, it is technically still being sold in Taco Bell while being released nationwide.
• Though Summer Freeze was never meant to be a exclusive flavor in the U.S., Canada has Summer Freeze as a Franchise Exclusive as the sign from the leak states that it's: "Only in Circle K." This could be misinterpreted as Purple Thunder is a Circle K/Couche Tard exclusive flavor, though unconfirmed.
