Aurora was a Mountain Dew flavor released in Japan in 1986. Due to its general unavailability, it was hardly known of and very rarely seen.
Description[]
Aurora was a Strawberry flavor of Mountain Dew. It was red in color, somewhat similar to that of Goji Citrus Strawberry.
The drink was available in sizes such as 250 mL cans as well as 300 mL glass bottles and 1.25 liter plastic bottles.

Aurora, along with Golden Lime, was exclusively released in Japan in 1986. Due to their general unavailability, both flavors were hardly known of and very rarely seen.

- On December 25th, 2018, an empty can of Aurora was sold for over $1,700 on eBay.
- On March 31st, 2022, a full can of Aurora was being sold for over $2,025 on eBay. The listing ended April 7th of that year.
